Want to get some hands-on food scrap composting experience? Then join us at Albert Einstein College of Medicine's Community Garden for a compost workday. Volunteers will help by chopping food scraps and garden waste to add to the compost pile, rotating the pile, and topping it with browns. Also, learn how to incorporate food and yard waste into a Juwel Bin in order to turn it into compost as fast as possible.
