You will educate event-goers on how to correctly compost and recycle their materials as well as help us keep the waste streams clean. No prior knowledge necessary. We will have gloves, aprons, and pickers for you. Come dressed up like most event-goers if you want. You can enjoy the festivities either before or after your shift.

Plan to be on the 12pm Governors Island ferry at Battery Maritime Building, located at 10 South Street in Lower Manhattan and finish about 5pm at Earth Matter.
