Learn how to build, or repair a compost sifter. You can bring a sifter that needs fixing, help fix one on site or help us build a new sifter at this carpentry workshop. No experience is needed. Interested in building your own sifter while you are there? Email us for more info.

Plan to start the event at Earth Matter at 1pm (you will need to travel via Governors Island ferry at Battery Maritime Building, located at 10 South Street in Lower Manhattan) and finish about 3pm at Earth Matter.
