Are you interested in learning about zero waste events? Earth Matter NY is facilitating the zero waste efforts at the Billion Oyster Fundraiser Party. You will help by educating event-goers on how to correctly compost and recycle their materials as well as help us keep the event waste streams clean. No prior knowledge necessary. We will have gloves, aprons, and pickers for you, and you will also be able to sample the food and oysters from the many vendors!!
