Master Composters will tour the compost production area and Compost Learning Center out at Earth Matter NY on Governor's Island. Come check out our mid-scale production area and learn about our production & Aerated Static Piles, visit with the chickens & discover their importance in the composting process, and enjoy a nice afternoon out on the Island.

Participants need to be on the 1:00pm Ferry from Manhattan and can depart on the 3:30 ferry from Governors Island. Masks are optional.
