Bronx Food and Farm Walking Tour - Bronx

NEW - Learn about the histories of growing food, composting, and living in Bedford Park and Norwood during our second Bronx Food and Farm Tour of 2023! This 1.3-mile walking tour will begin at the historic Keeper’s House, visit the Museum of Bronx History at the historic Valentine-Varian House, pass through Mosholu Parkland, and close at the James Baldwin Outdoor Learning Center Community Farmers Market (JBOLC) at DeWitt Clinton High School. Participants will learn about the histories of each of these spaces, as well as how people are transforming them to grow food and community today. All of these sites are Food Scrap Drop-Off locations.
